CARIMA NOLTEN- IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

THE MENTAL WELLBEING COMPANY

As a Certified Trauma -Informed Coach and Psychotherapist, I've witnessed the life-changing impact of uncovering hidden trauma and learning to regulate and understand the nervous system. My own experiences with trauma, burn out and illness, have lead me on a journey into further  in-depth study, and I have come to see how healing these wounds can unlock profound growth and wellbeing.

My passion is focused on both early intervention and recovery, spreading this knowledge, creating safer, more compassionate spaces where individuals, families and communities can heal and thrive.

Through my partnership with The Mental Wellbeing Company, I am committed to making trauma-informed practices and positive psychology accessible to everyone.

The CPD/CE accredited workshops provide educators, leaders, and employees with the knowledge and tools to understand and address the impact of trauma on mental health and wellbeing.
